Team Lead Fullstack

We are looking for a Team Lead Fullstack to join our team!

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including production fullstack delivery;
• 1+ year of experience leading the team;
• Ability to lead delivery: planning, unblocking, technical quality, and communication with stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript;
• Experience with back-end frameworks (FastAPI);
• Solid experience with Angular (standalone components, signals, OnPush strategy);
• Expertise in object-oriented programming and SOLID principles;
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms;
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, parallelism, and related concepts;
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture;
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
• Strong understanding of SQL database systems;
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Testing and quality mindset; understanding Test Pyramid methodology and different Test Categories (pytest, Jasmine/Karma or similar);
• Understanding of Observability (structured logging, metrics, traces, OpenTelemetry) and Reliability (retries, backoff, idempotency);
• Experience with authentication and authorization (OIDC/JWT; Keycloak or similar identity providers);

Will be a plus:

• Experience with message brokers (e.g., NATS JetStream, Kafka, RabbitMQ);
• Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical/OLAP databases;
• Experience with Playwright or similar browser automation.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of team projects, including delivery coordination, technical quality, risks, dependencies, and day-to-day execution;
• Plan and coordinate team work considering priorities, developer availability, vacations, sick leaves, and backup ownership;
• Ensure delivered solutions follow agreed architecture and clarify unclear technical decisions with Architect/stakeholders;
• Be responsible for quality, consistency, maintainability, and production readiness of solutions delivered in code;
• Lead code reviews and improve engineering practices across testing, observability, documentation, reliability, and security;
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications;
• Design and implement efficient high-load APIs;
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications;

Implement security measures and data protection in line with industry standards;

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software;
• Support and mentor developers through technical guidance, 1:1 meetings, knowledge sharing, and development planning;
• Identify knowledge gaps, reduce single points of failure, and organize knowledge sharing across team projects;
• Promote practical AI-assisted engineering in the team, including development, testing, documentation, debugging, and review workflows;
• Ensure AI-assisted work improves delivery speed without reducing code quality, security, or maintainability;
• Write technical documentation and maintain system architecture diagrams;
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
