Technical Writer

We work with iGaming operators of all sizes to help them expand into new markets or strengthen their existing brands. As a casino software company, we provide solutions that help build outstanding brands and achieve business goals. And now we are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation: how-to guides, release notes.
• Simplify complex information into clear and structured content.
• Work closely with the Technical Writing Team Lead to improve documentation standards and participate in planning and content lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, product, and support teams to gather information and validate documentation accuracy.
• Use generative AI tools to assist with proofreading documentation and checking if all is written in accordance with the standard.
• Deliver documentation in sync with timelines.

What we expect from you:

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role in software or SaaS environments.
• Excellent written Englisch (С1), conversational (B2);
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and iterative product development.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for writing assistance, prompt creation, and content acceleration.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactive mindset, ownership of deliverables, and ability to work independently under deadlines.
• You can share a writing portfolio as part of the hiring process.

It’ll be a plus:

Familiarity with UX writing and the ability to craft microcopy, UI text, and contextual help messages.
Understanding of the iGaming domain (casino games, sportsbook, slots, regulatory compliance, etc).
Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as Jira, Git, and Markdown.
Experience documenting RESTful APIs and working with tools such as Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman.
Familiarity with formats like JSON, YAML, XML, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
