You will take full ownership of the sweepstakes operation and overall accountability for its success. Responsibilities:

• Set the long-term business strategy for the sweepstakes operation
• Own the product strategy and roadmap, prioritising delivery cost-effectively
• Set operational and financial targets underpinned by data and analytics
• Lead stakeholder and commercial relationships to capture growth opportunities
• Drive effective product marketing for new releases
• Oversee client services and global operations delivery alongside the respective directors
• Monitor, measure and report on performance across the business
• Design the organisational structure and resourcing plan as the business scales
• Build a high-performance culture across the team
• Act as public spokesperson for the business

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of the sweepstakes casino product and market
• Proven senior leadership and commercial track record within the gaming industry
• Experience setting business plans, timelines and financial targets
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound judgement in weighing competing priorities and trade-offs with stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and engage teams across multiple functions
• Confident contributing, debating and challenging at strategic and operational level
