Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a junior Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry contacts and market research. This role involves driving sales, developing market strategies, securing new clients, and maintaining long-term account relationships.

Responsibilities:

Run Market Generation & Outreach
Manage the Sales Pipeline Process
Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows
Promote our platform
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Gain and retain new clients through new deal opportunities and account management
Identify and establish strategic partnerships
Collaborate with BD and Product teams
Lead and coach a team of salespeople
Assign sales territories
Develop and implement a sales plan

Requirements:

Fluent in English (near native)
1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
Experience in iGaming industry is a must
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
