Middle Finance Specialist

Overview
We are looking for a Middle Finance Specialist to join an international iGaming company and work closely with the Finance Manager, gradually taking ownership of a dedicated area of financial processes end-to-end.
We are looking for a finance professional with broad hands-on experience, practical IFRS knowledge, and experience working with international entities.
Main Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Handle financial calculations, accounting entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial data and reports for management requests.

Financial Operations

• Manage payments, invoices, subscriptions, and revenue-related operations.
• Monitor payments and account balances.
• Process and control financial transactions.
• Handle sales invoices and revenue reconciliations.

Payroll & External Stakeholders

• Review and coordinate payroll data, including bonus-related information.
• Work with HR and other teams on payroll-related matters.
• Communicate with external accountants and auditors.
• Prepare, collect, and review financial documentation and responses to audit requests.

Finance Processes

• Independently manage assigned financial processes end-to-end.
• Maintain and improve existing finance processes.
• Contribute to automation and optimization of finance operations once familiar with the processes.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting;
• Experience working in an international company and/or with foreign legal entities;
• Practical experience applying IFRS / international accounting standards;
• Experience with financial reporting;
• English B2+, sufficient for spoken and written communication with English-speaking colleagues, accountants, and auditors;
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability;
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks through to completion, and handle operational and repetitive work accurately;

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of 1С
• Big Four / ACCA background
