ITIL Change Manager

BettingJobs is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented ITIL Change Manager to join an established iGaming company in Cyprus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to oversee and enhance change management processes in a leading iGaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ITIL change management process, ensuring all changes are efficiently evaluated, approved, and implemented
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact and risk of proposed changes
• Maintain and improve change management policies, procedures, and documentation
• Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and communicate change schedules to stakeholders
• Monitor and report on change metrics, ensuring compliance with SLAs and minimising service disruptions
• Drive continual improvement initiatives within the change management process
• Ensure all changes adhere to established governance and regulatory standards
• Provide training and support to team members on change management best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably in ITIL-governed environments
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating CAB meetings and managing critical incidents
• Proficiency with ITSM tools
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Limassol
• ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) preferred
