Brazil Sales Manager

BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming media agency to hire a remote Brazil Sales Manager.
This role will drive business growth in the Brazilian market, collaborating closely with senior leadership to generate new sales opportunities across both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a sports portfolio including live score apps, sports publishers, influencer, and social media marketing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with digital media outlets
• Identify, reach out to, and negotiate with sports betting companies and online gambling operators in Brazil
• Organise client meetings and present the company’s services and portfolio
• Drive new sales opportunities through digital direct sales, media buying, sponsorships, and offline channels

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in sales management or similar role within iGaming or betting
• Strong network of industry contacts in Brazilian/Latam iGaming, especially with operators and publishers
• Deep understanding of direct media sales (CPM), performance marketing, and programmatic buying
• Affiliate marketing experience
• Proven track record closing deals with Tier 1 betting brands in Brazil
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from strategy to closure
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and 4-5 conferences per year worldwide
• Native-level Portuguese and strong English skills
• Based in Brazil
