Social Media Manage

Project: Sweepstakes (USA)

We are seeking an SMM Manager with iGaming/Casino experience who can develop the product's social media, increase audience engagement, analyze competitors, and create a strong content strategy.
This position involves participating in the development of the international Sweepstakes project, followed by a transfer to the Prague office.
Key Responsibilities

• Full management of the project's social media.
• Developing and implementing an SMM strategy.
• Creating a content plan and monitoring its implementation.
• Preparing texts and providing designers with specifications.
• Developing audience engagement mechanisms.
• Launching promotional activities, contests, and bonus campaigns.
• Analyzing publication effectiveness.
• Monitoring competitors and searching for new ideas.
• Interacting with the community and managing comments.
• Preparing proposals for brand development on social media.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with Casino/iGaming/Sweepstakes (minimum experience may be considered)
• Experience managing social media: Instagram; Telegram; X (Twitter).
• Experience with Reddit would be a big plus.
• Understanding of the specifics of promoting gambling products.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis.
• Skills in developing a social media promotion strategy.
• Experience evaluating content effectiveness using analytics.
• Fluent Russian.
• Intermediate-level English or higher.
