Counsel

We are a company operating in the high-risk sector. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a lawyer who will be responsible for the corporate structure, tax planning, and legal support for the group of companies.

Responsibilities

Selection of nominee services (nominee directors) in various jurisdictions
Analyzing jurisdictions and preparing recommendations for incorporating companies to meet specific business objectives
Developing and optimizing the structure of a group of companies with consideration of the tax burden
Preparing and managing agreements with payment service providers (PSPs) and NDAs
Maintaining day-to-day legal document

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in the high-risk sector (gambling, cryptocurrency, forex, or related industries with similar characteristics)
Understanding of the specifics of corporate structures in high-risk businesses
Experience in building and optimizing group company structures
Ability to independently propose solutions and justify them
Willingness to collaborate with international businesses
