Head of Technology

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies.
We are looking for a Head of Technology!

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of experience in Engineering and hands-on coding;
• Head of Engineering / Head of Dev Division experience is a must (team of 30+ members);
• Initiative, responsible, business-oriented personality;
• Speak English and Ukrainian/russian

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise engineering managers, team and tech teams, and collaborate with responsible leads to form, develop, and regulate their activities.
• Organize and execute necessary measures and activities to guarantee the quality of outputs from the tech and architecture division.
• Collaborate with company stakeholders to identify and define requirements, expectations, and the impact of architecture on other aspects of the business.
• Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
• Define metrics and evaluate the performance of the tech teams, inform stakeholders of the results, and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive technical and technological initiatives and innovations for products and the tooling area;
• Manage and improve technical processes and instruments;
• Mentor, train, and lead technical and engineering teams towards technical expertise and excellence;
• Lead and support technical and engineering teams in planned projects and technical innovations implementation;
• Represent the technical teams to the business and the business to the technical teams as an effective information and communication bridge;
• Conduct technical recruiting interviews for candidates for Tech/Team Lead, Engineering Manager/Head positions
