I am a Payments & Operations Specialist with experience in transaction processing, payment operations, and customer support within the iGaming industry. In my current role, I work with payment providers and internal teams, process regular and high-value transactions, support VIP payment requests, and investigate payment-related issues for both VIP and regular clients. In 2026, I received two internal Kudos for achieving 100% performance in May and Kudos for successfully resolving a complex case in July. Previously, I spent two years as a Croupier and was selected to represent my company at ICE World Gaming Forum 2025 in Barcelona, gaining international industry exposure. I hold a Management degree from the University of Economics – Varna, graduating with a 5.7/6 result. During my studies, I achieved 1st place in Varna and 3rd place in Bulgaria in an HR Management competition in 2024. I would be happy to join your team and contribute to the company’s success!
