You will lead and grow a team of Product Managers across promotions, retail and loyalty, and data products.
About the Work

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Growth Platforms across promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing data.
  • Lead the development of a unified promotions and offers platform capable of supporting multiple products, channels, customer segments, and promotional mechanics.

  • Establish clear KPIs and experimentation frameworks to understand the incremental impact of promotions, offers, CRM, and loyalty investments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers while growing the team and establishing clear ownership across the Growth Platforms portfolio.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and our business teams.
  • Other duties as required.

About You

  • Ability to operate across customer experience, technology, data, marketing, and business strategy and create alignment across highly cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with large-scale consumer platforms, marketplaces, commerce, fintech, travel, loyalty, retail, or other businesses with sophisticated personalization and lifecycle marketing capabilities is a plus.
