Telegram Community & Growth Manager

BettingJobs are working with a fast-growing operator building an engaged community presence across regulated and emerging markets, and we're looking for a Telegram Community Manager to own that channel end to end. It's a hands-on role for someone who understands how Telegram communities really grow - and how to keep them active, safe and commercially valuable.
You'll be responsible for building, moderating and scaling channels and groups, running the promotional calendar, and using bots and automation to keep everything running smoothly. It would suit someone who has already grown a sizeable Telegram audience and wants the freedom to shape the strategy rather than follow one.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow large-scale Telegram channels and groups
• Plan and deliver engagement, growth and retention strategies
• Run promotions, giveaways and community campaigns
• Set up and maintain bots and automation workflows
• Moderate content, manage anti-spam measures and protect community quality
• Track performance analytics and report on growth and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience managing and growing large Telegram communities
• Strong working knowledge of Telegram channels, groups, bots and automation
• Track record in community engagement, growth and promotional campaigns
• Experience with moderation and anti-spam tooling
• Comfortable analysing performance data and optimising accordingly
• iGaming, betting or crypto experience a strong advantage
