FAQ
What does a VIP manager do?
Manages a portfolio of 80–150 major players: retention, personal bonuses, events, reactivation. KPI - portfolio NGR and retention. For a full analysis, see the article “Who is a VIP Manager.”
Is it possible to get in without any gambling experience?
Yes: the classic route - six months to a year in support with a language, then junior VIP. They also take it from retention in Forex/crypto and from “expensive” sales.
Does the bonus really depend on the players' losses?
The bonus is calculated from the NGR of the entire portfolio and is balanced by the rules of responsible gambling. The ability to slow down a player in time is part of the profession, and the regulator monitors this.
