I am an operations and payments professional with over 14 years of experience in the iGaming industry, specializing in payments, fraud prevention, risk operations, customer operations, and crypto-focused gaming environments. I have worked in both established companies and startup environments, progressing from customer support into leadership roles across payments and operations. I have hands-on experience managing PSP relationships, building operational processes, overseeing fraud and payment operations, and supporting the growth of teams and departments.
