I have over two years of experience in iGaming, covering casino operations, promotions, and CRM. I manage the full lifecycle of promotional activities, including mechanic design, setup, and launch of bonuses, cashback/rakeback, tournaments, VIP offers, and retention/reactivation campaigns. My work involves player segmentation and analyzing behavior and campaign performance based on key metrics such as retention, conversion rate, bonus cost, GGR, and NGR. I collaborate with CRM, Support, QA, and Development teams, as well as game providers. I have launched over 100 promotional campaigns and worked with tournament mechanics and prize pools of up to €50,000. I have also been involved in optimizing bonus mechanics, testing new promotional features, and implementing provider integrations. My background in QA enables me to independently verify promo and bonus configurations before launch, identify potential issues, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
