Sportsbook Acquisition Manager

BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing iGaming operator to appoint a Sportsbook Acquisition Manager. This is a newly focused role dedicated to driving new customer growth for the sportsbook, with a strong focus on the Australian market. Based in Cyprus, it is a chance to build and own a sportsbook acquisition strategy within a business investing seriously in growth.
Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will own how the sportsbook attracts new players across affiliates, creators, partnerships and paid channels. Retention stays with the CRM team, so your focus is squarely on acquisition. The role would suit a commercially sharp sportsbook marketer who understands Australian sport and betting culture and wants the autonomy to shape a strategy from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the sportsbook acquisition strategy
• Grow the affiliate programme and recruit sports creators, tipsters and communities
• Develop partnership and sponsorship opportunities
• Partner with Performance Marketing on paid acquisition and Casino Marketing on cross-sell
• Deliver campaigns around major sporting events
• Find and test new channels to reach Australian sports bettors
• Track and optimise FTD, CPA, NGR, retention and player value

Requirements:

• Direct sportsbook or iGaming acquisition experience
• Australian sportsbook experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Australian sport and betting culture
• Experience across affiliates, partnerships, creators or paid acquisition
• Strong commercial skills and a solid grasp of sportsbook player economics
