Affiliate Manager

BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious iGaming operator to hire an Affiliate Manager focused on Latin America. This is a high-impact role at the centre of the business's LATAM acquisition strategy, driving quality player growth across one of the industry's most exciting regions.
You'll own and grow a portfolio of LATAM affiliate partnerships, from recruiting new partners to negotiating commercial terms and protecting traffic quality. You'll be accountable for the numbers that matter, including FTD volume, CPA efficiency, deposit quality and long-term player value. It would suit a commercially sharp affiliate specialist with a strong regional network who wants real ownership and a direct line to results.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates across LATAM markets
• Negotiate CPA, revenue-share and hybrid agreements that balance volume with value
• Monitor traffic quality and detect and act on affiliate fraud
• Manage the affiliate platform (Scaleo or similar), including tracking, reporting and payments
• Drive FTD volume while optimising CPA, deposit quality and player value
• Build strong, long-term partner relationships and uncover new growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven affiliate management experience in iGaming
• Strong existing affiliate network across LATAM
• Track record negotiating CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deals
• Experience identifying traffic quality issues and affiliate fraud
• Hands-on experience with Scaleo or a similar affiliate platform
• Data-driven approach to performance and player value
• Spanish fluency highly preferred
