About the Project
We are launching a new iGaming project focused on Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, backed by an international holding with strong financial resources and operational expertise.
We are looking for a CMO with strong hands-on iGaming experience who can build the marketing function from the ground up, define the acquisition strategy, assemble the right team and partners, and take ownership of growth across Tier-1 GEOs.
This is a role for someone who has already worked with casino/betting products, understands acquisition economics, and can combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
What You'll Do
Build and own the overall marketing and acquisition strategy from scratch
Launch and scale player acquisition across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
Develop affiliate, paid acquisition and other relevant traffic channels
Build relationships with affiliate partners, networks and key market players
Define marketing budgets, forecasts and acquisition targets
Own core performance metrics: FTD, CPA, ROI/ROMI, LTV, NGR, conversion and retention
Analyze channel performance and continuously optimize acquisition economics
Build and manage the marketing team as the project scales
Work closely with Product, CRM/Retention, Analytics and management
Participate in positioning, market-entry strategy and overall commercial growth
What We're Looking For
Senior marketing leadership experience in iGaming: CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Acquisition, Head of Growth or similar
Strong experience with online casino and/or betting products
Proven experience launching or significantly scaling acquisition
Strong expertise in affiliate marketing and understanding of other performance channels
Experience working with Tier-1 markets, ideally Canada, Australia and/or New Zealand
Strong understanding of iGaming unit economics and marketing KPIs
Experience managing budgets, partners and marketing teams
Ability to build processes and strategy in an early-stage / launch environment
English sufficient for working with international partners and markets
