Social & Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Social & Marketing Coordinator to turn internet culture into measurable growth at Easygo - a crew surpassing 1,500 globally, powering Stake and KICK, two of the world’s largest online entertainment and livestreaming platforms. You’ll spot what’s about to break through across streaming, crypto and social, then run the partner relationships and social PR that turn it into results. It’s hands-on, fast-moving work, often from idea to shipped in the same day.

What you’ll build with us:

You’ll keep our clipping ecosystem sharp, from the CPM-based clipping and UGC creator networks to the trackers, payout files and creator lists that keep them running. You’ll also pitch and place content with large social pages and press outlets, and coordinate campaign moments around signings, collaborations and brand partnerships. You’ll work with creators, pages, outlets and internal teams, reporting to the Partnerships Manager in Marketing.

The impact you’ll make:

• Spot and act on trends across Kick, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, TikTok, Discord and crypto and streaming communities, and turn those observations into campaign ideas quickly.
• Run social PR by pitching and placing content with large social pages and press outlets, and coordinate campaign moments around signings, collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Oversee our CPM-based clipping and UGC creator networks, monitoring spend and performance and keeping tracking sheets and payout data accurate.
• Own the operational details, including payout files, creator lists, campaign trackers and approval statuses, so work moves forward without gaps.
• Take ambiguous requests from idea to shipped outcome, coordinating creators, pages, outlets and internal teams.

Your track record:

• A genuine interest in streaming, crypto and internet culture, with a strong sense of what audiences will notice and share.
• Strong marketing instincts and the ability to explain why an idea will land with a specific audience.
• High attention to detail and confidence owning spreadsheets, trackers, reporting and data hygiene alongside creative campaigns.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and basic campaign tracking and reporting tools.
• The ability to manage multiple relationships across creators, social pages, media outlets and internal teams at the same time.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with a bias toward action, and the confidence to turn ambiguous requests into clear next steps and completed work.
• Organisation and dependability when several fast-moving priorities compete for attention.
• Commercial awareness and an audience focus, balancing creative judgement with performance data.
• Clear, confident communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with Discord communities, clipping or UGC networks, or CPM-based creator programs.
• Experience in streaming, gaming, crypto, betting or an adjacent industry.
