Frontend Developer

ActivForce, Shopify product site, Jan 2025 – Apr 2026 (subcontracted, via an independent designer): sole developer of a 14-page custom Shopify theme with CMS-driven sections, kept stable through nine months of development and repeated design changes. Ran optimization rounds across the site: LCP from 4.5–7 s to 1.3–2 s, memory on the heaviest page from 600–700 MB to 300–350 MB. Low-end devices get a lighter video fallback instead of the heavy animation.; Noho (noho.ink), Apr–Jul 2026: built the whole frontend. Moved hosting to Cloudflare Pages and reworked CSS and load order (Lighthouse desktop about 71 to 97, passes Core Web Vitals for real users, LCP 0.9 s). Deferred and paused offscreen work so only visible parts run; cut 3D assets by 80%. Built a Node.js publish pipeline from the CMS to production. Awwwards Site of the Day + Developer Award, FWA, CSSDA.; ActivBody, Nov–Dec 2024 (subcontracted): one-page Webflow site with CMS for products and news, separate layouts and animation for desktop, tablet and mobile.

Led five frontend developers through four one-week sprints on two services of a CRM: set the architecture, broke down and assigned tasks, reviewed code, coordinated with the other service leads. Delivered registration and account-management flows. TypeScript, React, Moleculer, MongoDB, Storybook.

Set up Zabbix monitoring, replacing calls about printer problems with a morning alert check.
