I'm an iGaming affiliate lead who builds programmes from scratch. I co-founded the affiliate network PrimeAffiliates and grew it to 100+ active affiliates and 10k+ FTDs a month at its peak. Alongside it, I worked directly for crypto operators as Affiliate Manager, building their affiliate departments into 6-person teams and launching two programmes from zero. I've negotiated hundreds of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals, including prepaid media, with top geos in Canada, Italy, LATAM and T1 Europe, and I bring databases of thousands of affiliates to get new programmes moving fast. My background as Head of Support at two crypto casinos means I'm strict on traffic quality and catch fraud and abuse early. I'm looking for a remote role where I can build or scale an affiliate programme and own the results.
