Customer Support Аgent

We are looking for a customer-oriented and detail-focused Customer Support Аgent with proven experience in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate is confident in written Inglese, comfortable working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of communication. You should be proactive, responsible, and capable of recognizing sensitive situations and acting according to internal procedures.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Providing customer support via live chat and email
Handling players’ inquiries, requests, and complaints
Identifying complex or sensitive cases and escalating them to the relevant departments
Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and communication guidelines
Working according to the assigned schedule and meeting individual KPIs
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
Minimum 1+ year of experience in customer support
Written English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Willingness to work shift schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to stay focused in a multitasking environment
Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to instructions
