Backend developer with about seven months of commercial experience at an internet services and hosting provider, where the role combined backend development, front-end support and QA. Day-to-day work covered writing production code, fixing reported bugs, developing and integrating software modules, assembling the application and its components, and reviewing code written by other developers. Also ran root-cause analysis of defects to prevent recurrence, monitored product uptime and performance on a regular basis, kept development reporting, coordinated the team backlog with the product side and took part in managing the development team. Works across a broad stack: Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, C/C++, C#, SQL with PostgreSQL and MySQL, Linux and Git. No iGaming, betting or casino experience so far. Looking for a full-time, fully remote backend position.
