What You'll Do

• Track the status and soundness of the gaming systems, guaranteeing seamless functionality.
• Complete manual activities in the gaming systems application according to system directives.
• Prepare and report daily activities and incidents promptly and accurately.
• Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, efficiency, and important metrics.
• Record activities and archive daily logs meticulously.
• Handle all job duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in testing and provide insightful feedback on system and equipment performance.
• Open production tickets for any system issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and uphold the things we value.
• Stay current on new developments and procedures regarding protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the Delivery and Control Room Manager to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide outstanding customer support and address client concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For

• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
• Experience in data reporting and a proven attention to detail.
• Prior experience working as a control room operator or in a similar position.
• Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to sustain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful decisions and exercise discretion in the absence of management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
