Format: fully remote, full-time
We are an international group of companies in iGaming, developing several online casino brands across European markets. We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our CRM Operations team.

What you’ll do:

Plan and launch CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app)
Segment the player base and set up automated journeys (welcome, retention, reactivation)
Analyse campaign results and run A/B tests
Work with the content team on copy and visuals
Prepare regular performance reports

What we’re looking for:

1−2+ years of CRM experience, ideally in iGaming, betting or e-commerce
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Optimove, Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Analytical mindset and confidence working with data (Excel / Google Sheets)
English at B2+ level
Attention to detail and the ability to manage several campaigns at once
