Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates for roles in Gambling, iGaming, and Affiliate Marketing.
Using LinkedIn, Telegram, job platforms, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Conducting initial candidate screenings.
Creating personalized outreach messages.
Collaborating with recruiters and moving qualified candidates through the hiring pipeline.
Maintaining the candidate database and keeping information up to date in the ATS.
Testing new sourcing channels and AI-powered tools.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer.
Understanding of iGaming, affiliate marketing, and Media Buying specifics will be a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Boolean Search, social media sourcing, and direct search methods.
Experience working with ATS platforms.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
A proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
