Support specialist with over 4 years in customer and technical support and 6 years of total work experience, including several international iGaming projects and a large Russian internet company. Handled second-line Manual Payments tickets at an international betting brand, resolving deposit and withdrawal issues, investigating non-standard and disputed payment cases and coordinating with agents from different countries. Provided chat support for foreign users on iGaming projects with high request volumes. Currently does technical support for an international secure internet connection service: setup consultations, connection diagnostics, standard and non-standard technical requests. Prefers text-based support (chat and tickets), learns new products quickly. Based in China, remote only, can work on Moscow time. Looking for a remote support role, ideally in iGaming or technical support.
