О специалисте
I am a Retention Specialist with 2 years and 4 months of experience in iGaming and digital marketing. I excel at player retention and re-engagement through targeted email, push, SMS, and Telegram campaigns in both English and Russian. I segment player bases (new, active, dormant, VIP) and craft tailored offers like free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses. I have a proven track record of creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. I am also experienced in coordinating development teams, automating reporting, and monitoring product metrics. I am seeking a challenging role where I can leverage my skills in iGaming to drive player loyalty and engagement.
