Head of Casino

BettingJobs are working with a fast-growing sports operator that is now looking for a commercially minded Head of Casino to lead, launch and scale from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to own a vertical outright. You will define the strategy, product and commercial direction for Casino, act as the internal subject-matter expert for iGaming, and build the team around you. This role suits an ambitious, hands-on iGaming leader who wants to connect senior strategy with real commercial, operational, and product delivery rather than inherit someone else's roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Own Casino strategy and commercial performance, using data and market insight to steer the vertical
• Take operational ownership of the Casino P&L, monitoring revenue, promotional spend and GGR performance against targets
• Oversee the end-to-end Casino product offering, from provider and game selection through to portfolio performance reviews
• Lead commercial negotiations with game providers and platform partners, setting supplier strategy and standards
• Work closely with the Casino product squad to develop and refine the offering
• Define operational requirements for CRM and Marketing, shaping campaigns and promotional mechanics that drive engagement and retention
• Build, lead and scale the Casino team, setting clear standards and ways of working
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years in online gaming with significant exposure to Online Casino operations, product or commercial leadership
• 1-2 years' people management experience
• Strong understanding of Casino revenue drivers, bonus efficiency and GGR optimisation
• Solid grasp of Casino content, player behaviour, incentives and portfolio management
• Analytical, data-driven approach to interpreting performance metrics and player insights
• A proactive, hands-on leader who builds strong relationships and motivates a team towards ambitious goals
