SEO Unit Lead

TRIONIKA is a company with core expertise in attracting and monetising internet traffic in EdTech and FinTech.
We are looking for an experienced SEO Unit Lead to build and lead an autonomous mini-unit consisting of a Middle and Junior SEO Specialist.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to launch and rank iGaming affiliate websites (Tier-1/Tier-2 markets), test brand and cross-brand strategies, manage budgets, and turn organic traffic into measurable net profit.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute SEO strategies for iGaming affiliate websites.
Select promising GEOs, brands, domains, and search opportunities.
Build semantic cores and work with brand and cross-brand keywords.
Launch and scale networks of affiliate websites.
Work hands-on with domains, indexing, redirects, migrations, and Technical SEO.
Create and test SEO hypotheses and scale successful approaches.
Analyse rankings, traffic, conversions, registrations, FTDs, and financial results.
Estimate and manage the budget required to enter selected GEOs.
Set tasks for Middle and Junior SEO Specialists and take ownership of the unit’s results.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Proven experience specifically in iGaming affiliate SEO.
Experience with brand and cross-brand SEO strategies.
Experience working with European, English-speaking markets.
Strong understanding of semantic research, SERP analysis, domains, indexing, redirects, migrations, and Technical SEO.
Ability to assess competition, estimate budgets, and understand the commercial potential of a GEO.
High autonomy, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
