I am an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working in the gambling & casinos industry. I am skilled in Microsoft Excel, Management, Customer Service, Microsoft Word, and Teamwork. I also have experience as a listing coordinator (virtual assistant). I oversee casino project execution, expansion, and maintenance, handle final interviews for hiring new employees, and coordinate the creation and implementation of whitepaper content. I disseminate tasks, prepare and explain updates, new processes, and findings of casino activities, and act as the point of contact for all casino project providers. I prepare all reports needed by higher management, ensuring timely and accurate data for decision-making. I am looking for a challenging role where I can leverage my expertise in iGaming operations and management.
