I have worked in both established companies and startup environments, progressing from customer support into leadership roles across payments and operations. I have hands-on experience managing PSP relationships, building operational processes, overseeing fraud and payment operations, and supporting the growth of teams and departments. I am comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments where adaptability, ownership, and problem-solving are essential, including crypto-oriented operations requiring hands-on management of both fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows. In recent years, my responsibilities have expanded into wider operational leadership, including Customer Success management and supporting strategic operational decisions directly with senior leadership.
