Legal Trainee

International financial services provider in Malta is looking for a talented Legal Trainee to work alongside some of Malta’s best legal minds within the corporate and M&A world. As a Legal Trainee you will be kick-starting your career within a firm offering first class training and career advancement opportunities.
Salary €25K-€30K
Role & Responsibilities

• Support the legal team in various different tasks that can change on a day-to-day basis
• Participate in the drafting all documentation required for M&A transactions under Maltese corporate law
• Take an active role in cross-boarder mergers, acquisitions, acquisitions project along with setting up and administering trusts and foundations
• Assist with day-to-day casework and liaise directly with clients and relevant authorities
• Manage individual client relationships independently

Education, Skills & Experience

• A law degree
• Passion for corporate law
• Able to work effectively under pressure and is results-oriented
• Articulate and able to communicate in English, both written and verbally
