Quality Assurance - Team Lead

In this role you'll define and own the QA strategy, spanning manual testing, automation, performance and regression, while leading, mentoring and developing a team of QA engineers and analysts. It's a strong fit for an experienced QA leader who enjoys setting technical direction, embedding automation into CI/CD, and working closely with Product, Development and Scrum teams to build a genuine quality-first culture.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the QA strategy across manual, automated, performance and regression testing
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of QA engineers and analysts, setting objectives and building technical capability
• Develop test plans, test cases and coverage matrices for new features, releases and regression cycles
• Drive the adoption of test automation, guiding framework development and CI/CD integration
• Oversee defect tracking and triage in collaboration with development teams
• Partner with Product Managers, Developers and Scrum Masters to embed quality into Agile delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years' QA experience, including 1–2 years in a lead or senior QA role
• Proven track record building and executing QA strategies across manual and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium or Cypress
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience with defect and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail or BrowserStack
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills
• Experience in iGaming, fintech or high-traffic consumer environments, plus familiarity with performance or API testing tools, would be an advantage
