CRM Specialist

BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious online betting brand, part of a well-established iGaming group, to find a CRM Specialist for its hybrid team in Limassol. This is a hands-on CRM role with real scope and a clear path to leading the function as the brand grows.
You'll own CRM strategy and execution across the player lifecycle, turning data into campaigns that drive retention, reactivation and lifetime value. The title is Specialist, but the remit is closer to CRM Manager. It suits someone who wants to shape a function rather than just run one, and who is ready to move into a Head of CRM role over time. It would suit a proven, Smartico-skilled CRM marketer already based in Cyprus who wants more ownership and a clear route into leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run CRM strategy across acquisition, onboarding, retention and reactivation
• Build and optimise automated journeys, segments and campaigns in Smartico
• Use gamification, bonusing and personalisation to lift engagement and player value
• Analyse campaign and player data, A/B test, and report on KPIs and ROI
• Work closely with product, marketing and VIP teams on promotions and player experience
• Make sure all communications follow responsible gambling and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Hands-on Smartico experience (essential)
• Proven CRM experience in iGaming, ideally at manager level or close to it
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with segmentation, testing and KPI reporting
• A strategic mindset, with the ambition to grow into a Head of CRM role
• Based in Cyprus with the existing right to work. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available
