Tasks:

— 0-to-1 LatAm Expansion: executing GTM and market-entry strategy;
— B2B Partnerships: negotiating and onboarding key partners;
— Hiring and leading a local commercial and operations team;
— Building scalable sales and operational infrastructure.

Requirements:

— 3+ years in BD, Sales, or Expansion (Tech/FinTech);
— Hands-on experience scaling commercial operations in LatAm;
— Fluent Russian, Spanish (C1-C2), and English (C1);
— Autonomy and strong negotiation skills.
