CMO / Head of Acquisition - iGaming (Canada, Australia, New Zealand)

The opportunity
Lead affiliate-driven acquisition for a new iGaming venture focused on Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You will build the acquisition direction from an early stage: setting the market approach, creating a high-performing affiliate ecosystem, and making commercial decisions grounded in player value and campaign economics.
The day-to-day focus is affiliate-led acquisition, with ownership of market strategy, partner development, and the growth of the function as the project scales.
About the project
The venture is launching within an established international iGaming holding. It has investor backing, access to the holding's experience and operational resources, and a long-term ambition to build a significant presence in its target markets. The role is remote and full-time.
What you will own

• Set and execute the affiliate acquisition strategy for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Build relationships with affiliate partners, SEO affiliates, media owners, and traffic providers.
• Source, onboard, and grow a portfolio of partners with the potential to deliver sustainable results.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals, balancing partner competitiveness with business economics.
• Evaluate traffic quality and player value, not only acquisition volume.
• Monitor FTDs, NGR, ROI, CPA, retention, and LTV; use performance signals to adjust partner and GEO priorities.
• Work closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Management to improve the full path from acquisition to player value.
• Help build the affiliate team and operating processes as the business grows.

What you bring
Proven iGaming affiliate marketing or acquisition leadership experience.
Hands-on knowledge of Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, with clear examples of market work.
An active network of affiliate and/or SEO partners relevant to the target markets.
Experience launching and scaling affiliate programs or acquisition functions.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and practical knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Ability to evaluate performance through FTDs, NGR, ROI, CPA, retention, and LTV.
Fluent English for partner negotiations and cross-functional work.
