CRM / Retention Manager (Email / SMS)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic — On-site
Project: Sweepstakes platform targeting the US market
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 Prague time

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and launch Email and SMS campaigns.
Build automated Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back, and VIP communication flows.
Segment audiences based on user behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
Develop marketing copy, promotional offers, and CRM mechanics.
Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance.
Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve retention and revenue.
Develop and test new hypotheses to optimize communication strategies.
Independently manage campaigns and oversee their execution.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email / SMS Marketing.
Hands-on experience launching Email / SMS campaigns and setting up automated communication flows.
English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong written communication skills.
Ability to independently write persuasive marketing copy in English.
Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing.
Practical experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
Understanding of user lifecycle management and retention strategies.
A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
