Full-cycle Recruiter

We are looking for a Full-cycle Recruiter who can independently manage the recruitment process from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding.
The main focus will be international digital and marketing roles.

Responsibilities:

— Gather requirements and build structured candidate profiles
— Analyze the market and salary levels
— Develop sourcing strategies for each vacancy
— Source candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards and professional communities
— Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews
— Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
— Coordinate test assignments and interviews
— Prepare offers and support candidates through the hiring process
— Handover candidates for onboarding
— Maintain vacancies and candidate information in ATS/CRM
— Track recruitment performance and work with recruitment metrics

Requirements:

— 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
— Experience with digital and marketing roles: SMM, SEO, PPC, Media Buying, Content, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
— Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards and social media
— Ability to write personalized and effective outreach messages
— Strong communication and negotiation skills
— Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
— Experience with ATS/CRM
— Structured, proactive and independent approach
— English B1+
