At Obolon, I worked with SQL Server and T-SQL, mainly focusing on CRM data, reporting and business processes. I wrote and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and triggers, prepared datasets for Power BI and Excel reports and worked with data from different sources, including SQL databases, DBF files and Excel. A significant part of my work involved processing sales data received from distributors. I communicated directly with distributors and sales teams, investigated data discrepancies, checked missing or incorrect records and helped resolve issues affecting CRM and reporting. I also supported SalesWorks CRM users, handled technical issues and participated in CRM data migration and improvements to existing SQL processes.; I worked with Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate to develop internal applications and automate routine tasks. One of the projects involved integrating an AI-powered SKU recognition solution with SQL business logic and Power Apps, allowing recognition results to be used in retail reporting and analytics.

At Ukrainian Security Center, I worked as a SQL Developer, mainly with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL. My responsibilities included writing and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and triggers for data processing, reporting and business logic. I worked with complex JOINs, CTEs and window functions and optimized existing queries to improve database performance. I worked with operational data, checked data accuracy and investigated discrepancies between different tables and data sources. When issues appeared in reports or database processes, I analyzed the SQL logic, identified the cause and made the necessary corrections. I helped automate recurring data processing and reporting tasks to reduce manual work and make the results more reliable.

At Creston Digital, I worked with CRM systems and SQL databases, helping maintain accurate customer and operational data. My daily tasks included updating records, checking data quality, finding duplicates and inconsistencies and preparing Excel reports. I used SQL queries to extract and verify information for reporting and internal business needs. I provided technical support to CRM users, helping them resolve access issues, incorrect data and other problems they encountered while working with the system. I helped organize routine data-processing tasks, improve reporting processes and keep track of support requests and their resolution.
