Customer Experience Agent - Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian Speaking

BettingJobs is working with a long-standing, and successful iGaming operator is looking to expand is customer experience team in Malta. They are looking for a Customer Experience Agent - Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian Speaking to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Manage and resolve complex customer queries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Review and approve customer withdrawal requests in line with internal procedures.
• Process and verify KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct security and compliance checks to protect customers and the business.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Support the team by carrying out relevant ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Fluency (written and spoken) in at least one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working shift patterns, including occasional night shifts.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
