Scrum Master

BettingJobs is hiring a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join an established iGaming company in Limassol. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead Agile teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment at the forefront of the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles
• Remove impediments to the development team's progress
• Foster a collaborative, self-organising team environment
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements
• Track and report on key Agile metrics and team performance
• Support continuous improvement within teams and across the organisation
• Ensure adherence to company processes and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development or technology-focused teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to identify and address impediments quickly and effectively
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Limassol
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
