Head of Media Buying Operations

We're looking for a Head of Media Buying Operations to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and scale operational processes supporting Media Buying
• Define and implement performance indicators for operational units
• Lead and manage the team (task planning, KPIs, performance reviews)
• Oversee billing operations: payments, reconciliations, financial discipline
• Organize sourcing and scaling of account providers
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of accounts for buyers
• Coordinate designers’ workflow and maintain creative SLA standards
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation where possible
• Manage operational risks (account bans, provider shortages, payment delays)
• Provide regular reporting to Head of Media Buying / VP of MB

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Media Buying
• 3+ year of head management experience
• Strong understanding of advertising account infrastructure (Facebook / Google / TikTok/in-app)
• Experience working with account providers + app sellers
• Engineer and refine scalable architectures to facilitate budget expansion and OPEX low
• Understanding of financial flows in media buying (spend, turnover, billing)
• Strong process management and organizational skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-load, fast-paced environment
