Requirements:

English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
Experience in the gambling industry;
Client-oriented mindset, empathy;
Previous language practice at work (both verbal and written);
Understanding of sales.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients via email, chat, and phone (in the future);
Diligent management of the CRM system;
Providing high-quality service and transferring potential clients to the retention team;
Meeting assigned plans and targets;
Constantly improving expertise (we have a coach who is always happy to help).
