Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team, someone who can identify, engage, and close top talent to help us build strong, high-performing teams.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in recruitment;
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
— Expert-level knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, and relationship management;
— Strong background in active/direct sourcing;
— Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment;
— Proactive and goal-oriented mindset;
— Self-motivated and adaptable;
— Strong team player.

Responsibilities:

— Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
— Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to the business, supporting growth through effective hiring strategies;
— Headhunt and close senior and/or executive-level candidates;
— Proactively source and attract top talent from the market;
— Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to support informed hiring decisions.
