Client Relationship Officer

Our client, a well-established investment services company licensed by the MFSA, is currently looking for a Client Relationship Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and client-focused individual to own the full client journey, from onboarding through to ongoing support and portfolio monitoring, within a well-organised and collaborative team.
This is a hybrid role that offers a salary up to €25K plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the full client onboarding process, including initial documentation, regulatory checks, and account setup and ensure that client files are up-to-date
• Assist clients via email and phone calls
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and documentation as needed
• Support investment advisors by preparing documentation, including subscription paperwork for new issues, and ensuring all forms are completed and signed
• Conduct AML and KYC reviews, including source of wealth assessments, FATCA/CRS forms, and EDD where required
• Coordinate with compliance and AML teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory obligations
• Prepare and issue valuations and other portfolio-related reports to clients on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate, well-structured, and up-to-date client records in internal systems

Education, Skills & Experience

• Degree in Banking & Finance or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in financial services, client servicing, or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in Maltese and English at a native level - both written and spoken
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Organised with excellent time management skills
• Able to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines
• Discreet with a sense of integrity when it comes to confidential information
• Pro-active with a solutions oriented mindset
• Able to work both independently and within a team
