Russian-speaking Account Manager

BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing iGaming slot studio seeking a Russian-speaking Account Manager to join its commercial team in Malta. This is a chance to take full ownership of a mixed operator portfolio at a studio scaling quickly across multiple regulated markets, with real commercial impact and genuine autonomy from day one.
The role suits a commercially minded, data-driven account manager who enjoys building lasting operator partnerships and driving revenue. You will be the client's advocate internally, working closely with product, marketing and external partners to keep the studio's games live and performing across as many operator networks as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Own a mixed portfolio of operator accounts as the primary point of contact
• Drive commercial growth through upselling, placement negotiations and new revenue opportunities
• Track game performance and KPIs across the portfolio to optimise revenue and engagement
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and client QBRs, turning data into actionable narratives
• Coordinate game launches, lobby placements and promotional campaigns with operators
• Relay client feedback and market insights internally to shape product and commercial strategy
• Identify risks to account performance and retention, and put mitigation plans in place
• Represent the studio at industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

• Based in Malta
• Fluent Russian and English; additional languages an advantage
• Minimum 2 years in account management or a client-facing role within iGaming (casino games provider experience a significant plus)
• Strong understanding of casino products, game mechanics and key performance metrics
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets
• Confident negotiator, comfortable holding commercial conversations at all levels
• Comfortable with reporting and data analysis
• Self-managed and proactive, able to own accounts independently
• Able to travel to industry events when required
