Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex activities, managing competing priorities, and ensuring operational teams can deliver efficiently and effectively.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Infrastructure & Operations teams by coordinating operational rollouts, facilitating change activities, managing schedules, and ensuring governance processes are followed. You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive operational effectiveness and maintain the smooth execution of business-critical initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate operational activities, schedules, and workstreams across multiple Infrastructure & Operations teams.
• Facilitate change management and release management processes, ensuring adherence to governance and approval requirements.
• Support the planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution of operational rollouts and changes.
• Act as a central point of coordination between technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Monitor progress of operational activities, identify risks, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Assist with capacity planning and workload coordination to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Track, manage, and follow up on operational tasks, actions, incidents, and problem management activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, schedules, and governance documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to risk mitigation activities by ensuring operational processes are followed consistently and effectively.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, service delivery, change management, or a similar operational support role.
• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of change control, release management, and governance processes.
• Knowledge of issue tracking, problem management, and risk mitigation practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience working with operational reporting, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams while maintaining high standards of governance and delivery.
