Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager to oversee the financial reporting and consolidation processes for Superbet Services Ltd. and its subsidiaries. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our financial statements.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Manage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process, ensuring adherence to IFRS and company accounting policies.
* Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and supporting schedules.
* Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
* Develop and maintain robust consolidation models and processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
* Prepare detailed financial analysis and commentary on consolidated results, explaining variances and trends to senior management.
* Act as a key point of contact for external auditors during the group audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
* Participate in the implementation and enhancement of financial reporting systems and tools.
* Support the integration of newly acquired entities into the group reporting framework.
* Contribute to the preparation of annual reports and other regulatory filings.
* Mentor and develop junior team members within the finance department.
Job Qualifications:**
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in a group reporting and consolidation role, preferably within a multinational company.
* Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
* Demonstrated experience with group consolidation software (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion Financial Management, OneStream).
* Advanced Excel skills are essential (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and geographies.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the gaming or online entertainment industry is a plus.
